XRF Spectrometer



What is XRF?
When the x-ray is applied to the sample, each element constituting the sample will emit a unique fluorescent X-ray. The x-ray fluorescent spectrometer will perform a quantitative/qualitative analysis of the elements constituting the sample, according to the fluorescent x-ray.
